In the event of an audit or inquiry by a tax authority, we will cooperate in good faith to support you; however, any additional professional fees incurred will be billed separately.

Penalties imposed by tax authorities due to late filing, late payment, or inaccurate information provided by the client are the sole responsibility of the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Omni Tax Consulting LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
